Schizophrenia

First they give you a pill to calm you

Then they call it a whim

Just to assure they want you

White walls to confirm you’re in

Prayer begins at 11

Daily workouts are next then him

The doctor to tell you they want you

And now it’s confirmed to be sin

Wake up strapped to a table

Shackled with leather and chaffed skin

They said the pills didn’t calm you

And damn did they fuck you again

About Michael Medlen

My name is Michael and during my free time I avoid having a day job. Strangely enough, this gives me the freedom to run this blog. I write just about anything that can be considered art. I also occasionally post articles that may or may not be relevant to the theme of this site. You’ve been warned.
